Refund policy

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied or unhappy for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt; sales slip and tags must be attached and the product must be in original condition. Shipping charges for returned items will be your responsibility and we recommend insurance (if necessary) and tracking in order to protect yourself from any loss or damages.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at welchcompany.sci@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. Please put “Return” in the subject line of your email, and use the body of the email to explain your issue. We will process your refund and notify you when this has been completed.

DAMAGES

If the product is damaged, please email us immediately at welchcompany.sci@gmail.com. You will need to take a picture of the damaged item and include that in your email. Return the item to:
