Shipping policy

We strive do be as efficient as possible, sending your order out within one to three business days of receipt of payment. We ship UPS ground, following the recommended guidelines for determining your shipment cost. Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package this is a varying amount. Welch Company will ship to any physical address in the United States. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Curbside Pick-up 

Our doors are open! We've missed all of our wonderful customers and are excited to see many of you back in the shop. If you are still wary of coming into the store, we offer curbside pickup for our customers as well. Please indicate this as your preference when placing your order and we will respond in a timely manner to arrange a convenient pickup time. We strive to have your order ready within one to three days, but many times can have it ready sooner! Once your order is ready you will receive an email that your order is ready for pick-up.  When you arrive give us a call at 781-545-1400 and someone will run out your order to you. We are also providing home delivery to our local customers.
